THIS CLASS IS NOW FULLY BOOKED

A fun new seasonal Autumn Cake Class! This class will teach you a number of wonderful new skills to take your cake decorating skills to the next level:

We'll tecah you:

• Cutting and layering a tall 5" vanilla sponge cake
• Filling a sponge cake
• Creating realistic wood planks with sugarpaste and edible mediums
• Making your own 'sleepy fox' using modelling paste and tools
• Learning how to make a realistic tree stump with detail
• Using moulds and cutters to create autumnal embellishments
• Using and applying edible powders to create texture and depth
• Completing your beautiful cake

We'll discuss other ways you can personalise your cake and make it individual, leaving you with an awesome new skill for your portfolio :) 

Allergens: We are unable to cater for any food allergies / intolerences in this class as the primary ingredients we use contain both dairy and wheat and cannot be substituted easily.

Other Details: 

This class will take place at my Cake School at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent.

Cancellations Policy:

Class bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel before 14 days in advance of a class, you will receive a credit to the value of your class (less booking fee) for a future class.

If you cancel within 14 days of a class taking place, we offer a 50% credit towards a future class.

If you cancel within 7 days of a class taking place, no credit will be given.

All classes include a non-refundable £25 booking fee.
