The CakeyBake Cake School

Situated within a beautifully rennovated Oast house on the site of the famous Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent - home to the world's largest collection of Victorian Oast Houses - our perfect teaching studio has been designed specifically to host cake decorating classes in comfort and style so you can experience a wonderful day of learning, relaxation and fun!

Our cake decorating classes run throughout the year and include daytime classes, weekend classes and evening classes. As well as our classes, we will continue to provide bespoke cupcake party packages for both adults and children, so whether you'd like to celebrate your hen weekend with a cupcake decorating party or your child's birthday with a themed cupcake class, we can host you in our gorgeous studio for the perfect event!

We run cake decorating classes for both adults and children at all skill levels, so if you're an excited beginner or a more experienced cake decorator, we're sure to have a class to suit you and help you to grow your confidence and skills.

By Car

You can find us on the A228 near Paddock Wood, Kent.

Follow the brown tourist signs for The Hop Farm from junction 4 of the M20 or junction 5 of the M25 onto the A21 South. You will spot the circular buildings of the iconic Kentish Oasts as the Hop Farm comes in to view.

We have a large free car park situated right outside out studio door - on arrival at The Hop Farm follow the signs for Car Park C - we'll buzz you through the barrier, follow the road all the way around to the back of the Hop Farm and our Oast studio can be found with a lovely big sign outside.  

By Train

If you want to catch the train, our closest station is Paddock Wood. Book a taxi (see below) to be transported to The Hop Farm from the industrial side of the station or catch the bus which drops off at The Hop Farm.

By Taxi

If you live in or around Kent, or arrive at our nearest mainline train station, Paddock Wood, book a cab from our local favourite, the super-lovely Tim at Tim's Taxi - you can call him direct on 07745 529 354 to make a booking.

By Bus

If you want to catch the bus from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Maidstone, the number 6 takes you right to The Hop Farm, and it runs every hour (Monday to Saturday only). Please call Arriva on 0871 2002233 for times and details.
