This lovely cookie class will take you step by step through the art of making perfect cookies, decorated in a stunning watercolour style using fully edible products :)

What we cover: 

This online class features a number of detailed pre-recorded videos and a recorded live class which takes you through everything you need to produce these stunning cookies.

The course programme will be broken down into different teaching units, including pre-recorded videos, printable recipes, Q&A and live classes - all taking place in a private Facebook community.

CLASS 1:

Pre-recorded videos and printable handouts.

How to make perfect sugar cookies: we'll cover key tips and tricks for making flat, neat, no-spread cookies and give you three brilliant base recipes along with ways that you can amend them to create new fun flavours.

• Vanilla Sugar Cookies
• Chocolate Sugar Cookies
• Vegan Sugar Cookies

We'll also give you expert guidance on how to rectify common issues after baking such as cookie shape and bulging dough.

CLASS 2:

Pre-recorded videos with guidance:

• Which sugarpaste to use
• How to treat your sugarpaste
• How to work with sugarpaste for a neat and clean finish
• Using embossers 

CLASS 3: LIVE CLASS

Recorded from a Live class:

This class will take your knowledge one step further and take you through painting techniques so that you can add colour, depth and interest to your cookie designs:

• How to create edible watercolour style paint
• How to work with your edible paint for a smooth and effective watercolour finish
• How to finish your cookies with sharp detailed outlines
• Storage and presentation of your work

You can then watch the recorded class at your leisure and playback / pause / rewind as you wish.

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a link to join the private Facebook group where all materials are posted. Please do not purchase the class if you do not have access to Facebook.

Please note: this is a UK based class and we will be referencing products and equipment from the UK, most wil be easily to substitue with products from outside the UK though.

Ingredients and equipment: All ingredients for this class can be purchased from your regular supermarket (we'll send you a full ingredients lists once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you may choose to buy some specialist equipment/colours for the class - it can cost between £10 - 25 depending on the amount of products you wish to purchase.

If in doubt, we recommed watching the live classes first before deciding on what products you would like to buy so that we can help guide you to make good choices :) 

How my online classes work: 

• Book your space(s) - you pay ONE price per facebook login
• You'll receive an automated confirmation email, and then I'll manually send you another email an invite to join our private Facebook group - please note this may take up to 48hours.
  
• All videos, PDF's and printables will be presented within the private facebook group. Once uploaded, they will be available in the 'files' section of the Facebook group, we will also label them with topic themes so that they are easy for you to locate.
• The LIVE class will be recorded - you can enjoy the class LIVE or re-visit it at a future time at your leisure! You will always be included in the group for the class and have the option to watch your classes back any time you wish.
