This lovely class explores the world of edible miniatures and will teach you to create four stunning and modern fully edible cake designs in miniature format for the top of cupcakes - a gorgeous little collection of cupcakes which will wow your loved ones!

What we cover: 

We'll create four different cupcake topper designs using some innovative decorating techniques to make:

• A scrumptious donut tower
• A super-trendy layered comic-style cake
• A fully loaded chocolate drip cake, featuring miniature chocolate bars, brownie chunks and donuts.
• A tiny minature Lambeth-stye piped cake

We'll be making the toppers in the live class but will also give you recipes for making delicious cupcakes to put them on aswell.

There will be two LIVE classes - you can join me live and make alongside me (and ask any questions you may have as we go) or watch back at a later date as all classes are recorded :)

How my online classes work: 

• Book your space(s) - you pay ONE price per facebook login
• You'll receive an automated confirmation email, and then I'll manually send you another email by Friday 20th January with full ingredients and equipment needed for the class
• The second email will also have an invite to join our private Facebook group, which will open on 31st January.
• All videos, PDF's and printables will be presented within the private facebook group. Once uploaded, they will be available in the 'files' section of the Facebook group, we will also label them with topic themes so that they are easy for you to locate.
• The LIVE classes are recorded - you can enjoy the class LIVE or re-visit it at a future time at your leisure! You will always be included in the group for the class and have the option to watch your classes back any time you wish.

As an online class, you may need to purchase a few items of equipment for this class - there are three 'specialist' tools you'll need which will cost less than £15 in total (well send you the cheapest links we can find for them once you join the class) - these tools are optional and we will give you alternative tools and techniques that you could use to get a similar effect if you choose not to purchase them.

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own treats and for selling if you run a small business.

You are NOT permitted to teach the designs, format, teaching methods or re-distribute, sell or copy my copyright downloadable material, videos, pdf's, handouts or other written material. Any infringement of my copyright will result in removal from any online groups and further legal action.
