The Lollipop Class - ONLINE class

ONLINE CLASS

THIS IS A PRE-RECORDED LIVE CLASS

This class took place as a live class in August 2020, you can purchase access through this page and will be added to our private Facebook group where you can view and participate in the training at your leisure.

Suitable for: Adults, Beginners +

This class focuses on teaching you a number of skills for making perfect little lollipops!

We'll cover:

• How to make a the perfect lollipop
• What products to use and why
• How to colour your lollipops (and how to create white / pastel /marbled ones too!)
• How to flavour your lollipops
• How to use edible flowers to create stunning lollipops
• How to apply gold / silver leaf to your lollipops
• How to decorate your lollipops using brand new fully edible products, including sugar sheets and metallic shapes and lettering.
• How to package and store your lollipops
• Tips on pricing and sales
• Tips for your new lollipop adventure, including how to economise and make more products for less money!

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a link to join our private facebook group where you can access the class recording and all relevant conversations about the class. 

Please note: this is a UK based class and we will be referencing products and equipment from the UK. I will not be able to recommend products or equipment for other countries.

Ingredients and equipment: All ingredients for this class can be purchased easily from sugarcraft suppliers and through ebay (we'll send you a full ingredients list once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you will need a few pieces of equipment for this class such as moulds and lollipop sticks - we'll send you links for all the equipment you will need for this class once you have booked your space.. 

PLEASE NOTE: The original class included a small selection of samples sent in the post to our participants - we will not be able to send this to anybody purchasing the class after the event due to stock and time constraints. The lower price of the class reflects this. You will be advised of where you can purchase all elements that were included in the original box.

How it works: 

• Book your space(s) - you only need to pay ONE price per household
• I'll add you to the private Facebook Group within two working days (please input the email that is associated with your facebook account in the space provided on checkout), I have to do this manually so it may not be immediately at your time of booking.
• All videos, PDF's, handouts and certificates will be presented within the provate facebook group. Once uploaded, they will be available in the 'files' section of the Facebook group, we will also label them with topic themes so that they are easy for you to locate.
• You can enjoy the class LIVE or re-visit it at a future time at your leisure! 

Please note: This is NOT a children's class - due to using high temperature sugar, it is not advised for children to partake in this class. Sensible grown-ups only ;) 

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own treats and for selling if you run a cake business. You are NOT permitted to teach the designs or re-distribute, sell or copy my copyright downloadable material.
