This brilliant winter class will be a super-fun way to start your festive season!

We'll be making a gorgeous bobble hat and mittens in the colour of your choice.

We'll cover:

• Cutting, stacking, carving and smoothing a perfect hat shape from scrumptious toffee sponge cake
• Crumb-coating a cake with buttercream
• Covering a novelty shaped cake with sugarpaste
• Using moulds for realistic effects
• How to match up moulds and create new designs to personalise your cake
• Create a fluffy 'bobble' using sugarpaste
• Create edible snow for your cake.

You will take home your completed cake in the colour scheme and design of your choice!

All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.

This is great class will teach you about proportions, scaled cakes and realistic finishes - and will leave you confident of creating similar styles in the future.

Other Details: 

This class will take place in our gorgeous Cake School Studio at the Hop Farm, Paddock Wood.

Please note: This course does not include baking of cakes - these will be provided for you on the day and will be pre-baked by an external supplier. For this reason, I am unable to accommodate any diatary requirements on this class.
